I read this to my wife and she said she is familiar with Judith Kravitz. I'm going to have to look into breathwork. I don't think I could ever have the patience to focus on ANY one thing for nine days! Incredible.
I think I also started watching a lot of MSNBC around the same time as you did. As much as I enjoyed listening to the hosts, at some point I realized I wanted to spend my time on other things, and that's when I cut it down to just Chris Hayes and Brian Williams (the 11th Hour). Chris was my more progressive touchpoint for the night, and Williams had the weighty guests and caught me up on the news of the day. When Williams retired, I stuck with Chris and sometimes taped Rachel as well. I like Nicolle Wallace, but she is on while I'm working so sometimes I'll catch a key YouTube clip or two of her, but that's about it.
Since the BS with the debate, and the media and pundits deciding they know better than the voters and think they have the power to push the current presumed nominee to step down, I'm pretty much done with all of them until they knock it off.
I've always wanted to make things out of coastal beach finds (I'm on Long Island), but I don't have the talent. I think there is still plenty of time to start (re)practicing your gifts. It may sound silly to some, but I really do believe we can all create a higher global vibration. I feel something happening. Maybe it's just a result of coming back from the pandemic - people are reassessing a lot.
thanks for writing this. it resonates with me on so many levels.
Thank you for reading and for your comment, Mirta. It made my day. Cheers.
